SSC Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort out and improve the establishment of the group’s SSC system and sort out the standard service processes;
  • Assist in formulating and implementing policies and implementation methods related to basic human resources services, including but not limited to the construction and management of the company’s internal group employee relationship process, Responsible for labor contract management and the handling and prevention of labor disputes, and constantly improve relevant systems;
  •  Responsible for designing and integrating the department’s core business processes, establishing unified service processes and operating specifications, regularly adjusting and optimizing processes, and executing regulatory processes normally Operation;
  • Carry out human resources data analysis and provide data support for business, BP and COE;

Qualification & Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in the SSC department of the group headquarters;
  • Familiar with human resources related policies and systems and processes, and be familiar with the application of labor laws and regulations in enterprises, and have rich experience in employee relations and labor dispute resolution;
  • Have experience in building, operating and promoting the implementation of SSC (Shared Service Center), and be able to independently organize and complete human resource sharing Module work;
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to use resources to promote project implementation, and establish mechanisms to promote work;
  • Have clear ideas and understanding of human resources data management.
