Sr Manager Finance Shared Services Center

Key Responsibilities

  • Design effective and efficient processes, managing alignment and deviations, and implement best practices. Drive to process simplification through standardization and automation
  • Develop global standard processes and apply in-region to impact global change. This includes improving reporting templates and processes.
  • Effectively lead and manage a team while delivering on SLA requirements.
  • Provide their team with guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure professional growth and achievement of team objectives.
  • Ability to respond to corporate requirements and needs and able to deliver a product in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams, department heads, and executives to understand business needs and provide valuable financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to drive business performance and optimize resource allocation.
  • Continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce overall costs.
  • Ensure that overall delivery of services aligns with SLAs and KPIs; Address issues in accordance with the escalation process
  • Leading continuously improving process efficiency, promoting standard methodologies and performance demeanor
  • Continually assessing external and internal benchmark and standard process trends, identifying areas of opportunities and surfacing standard methodologies
  • Take initiative to identify improvements and develop solutions locally that can be implemented globally.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience working in shared services centers
  • Proficient experience working with a variety of financial systems such as Netsuite, OneStream, Coupa and SalesForce
  • Outstanding strategic and process orientation skills including flair of attention to details
  • Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance
  • Great teammate with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence team members and wider partners
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate US and Asian time zones
