Key Responsibilities
- Development of short- and long-term operational goals
- Analysis of operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need reorganization, restructuring, or cost reduction
- Keep updated on local business environment including new legislation as it affects local operations, and give recommendation to ensure compliance and best practices
- Keep the management team abreast with regards to national and industry related policies that could potentially impact business operations in the Philippines.
- Ensures compliance with the Data Privacy and its implementing rules and regulations
- Ensures compliance with good governance principles and anti-corrupt practices
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- MBA is an advantage but not required
- CPA license is a plus but not required
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
- At least 3 years managerial experience
