Senior Risk Manager – Change
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: National – Circa £80,000, London – Circa £90,000
We have an opportunity for a Senior Risk Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, there is the possibility this role will become permanent! This is a great job for someone with a background or interest in Information Technology and Change and would love the opportunity to get involved with Aviva’s most material change programs!
Key Responsibilities
This role supports our significant global change progras to enable them to deliver their objectives to support customers in a safe and sustainable manner.
- You will oversight and challenge how Aviva is managing change risk, with the opportunity to get involved with Aviva’s most material change programs to ensure that they successfully deliver on our strategic ambition.
- You will be part of the respected Group Non-Financial Risk shared service supporting Aviva Group and markets.
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of IT, change processes, controls, and risks gained from working within a large organization
- Understanding of good risk management practices inc. management frameworks and systems
- Experience and knowledge of change processes, controls, and risks
- Ability to join the dots, spotting emerging trends and therefore risks to the business
- Strong written & visual communication skills

- National salary circa £80,000, London salary circa £90,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
