Description

This position is located at the PSA office in our Santa Ana headquarters. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration especially for the highly cross-collaborative and complex projects this person will be driving. Thus, we are only considering local candidates that can travel to the office 3 days a week. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Senior Product Manager, Grading Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing system and operational processes in collaboration with Operators and business partners; and implementing mechanisms to improve processes at scale.
  • Leading strategic roadmap prioritization processes with senior leadership
  • Partnering with technical teams to build innovative solutions, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Combine superior communication skills with the analytical horsepower to break down complex operational problems and possess a high sense of ownership and will to get stuff done.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5 – 7 years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience with products related to supply chain and/or manufacturing.
  • Expertise in designing with enterprise systems like CRMs, ERPs, Manufacturing Systems as well as with third-party API integrations and API documentation. Experience with chatbot and similar conversational AI tools is a plus!
  • Led the ideation, development, and launch of innovative technical solutions to support supply chain and fulfillment operations
  • Managing external vendors and cross-functional internal teams on scalable implementation projects through effective communications and alignment towards a shared vision
  • Can operate within a enterprise ‘shared services’ architecture, with a “Get it Right” mentality and passion for delivering customer delight (for internal and external customers)
  • Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to make decisions to inform product opportunities
