Description

The role supports Kering Corporate Finance Shared Services teams based in Malaysia. You will partner with regional and local HR teams to support the HR agenda and drive execution of HR key activities. You will identify gaps and find the best way to implement them while remain compliant with the policies, prioritise the impact of solutions and have quick wins to enable business. This includes full spectrum of HR responsibilities and employees’ life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Engagement

  • Partner with Kering corporate Finance Shared Services teams by establishing strong working relationships with corporate management and the employees.
  • Assist to manage compensation and performance review process; and support/coach managers in the people processes
  • Actively engaged managers and employees to find the best way to develop staff by obtaining formal/informal feedback to increase individuals and team performance
  • Identify learning and development opportunities for the functions.
  • Harmonise regional employment terms and HR policies, ensure updated policies are aligned with local labour laws for compliance and best practices.
  • Manage HR communication for regular and corporate updates and activities.
  • Manage and execute Regional HR initiatives which includes inclusion and diversity programmes, employees’ engagement surveys and talent management related work.

Talent Acquisition

  • Plays an active role in manpower fulfillment and finds talented employees internally and externally
  • Manage all cycle of recruitment and selection activities with functions to support overall talent strategy.
  • Activities include preparation of job descriptions, manage job boards posting, screening of candidates, interviews, reference checks and preparation of package, partnering with recruiters for talent search.
  • Manage employees’ onboarding and off boarding processes
  • Maintenance of ePersonnel files, work visa and third-party HR vendors and payments in relation to day-to-day HR work.

Forecast & Budget, C&B

  • Partner with HR shared services team and Brand HRs in preparation of payroll variables for monthly payroll process.
  • Manage forecast and budgeting process for Kering Corporate Finance Shared Services teams using in-house HR cockpit.
  • Manage and executive local C&B activities with support from regional C&B team. This includes annual medical and life insurance renewal, headcount movements, annual salary survey, annual Performance, salary increase and bonus payments.
  • All other HR responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Recognised degree in any field major in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management and business partnering with at least 4 years in managerial portfolio, preferably in Shared Services environment.
  • Good understanding of employment practises/law in Malaysia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team leader and player
  • Resilient with a can-do attitude
