Description

The Senior Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Revenue team and other assigned teams. Moreover, this role will provide direct support to the Senior Director in shaping and executing the shared service strategy, initiatives, and operations, encompassing global projects such as but not limited to Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch services to FSSC stakeholders with professionalism, integrity, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Lead and supervise daily deliverables of the Revenue team and other designated teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of new ERP or Accounting system.
  • Assist the consolidation and reporting team in preparing financial statements adhering to US GAAP standards.
  • Uphold responsibility for the internal control environment, ensuring accurate transactional processing in compliance with SOX requirements (e.g., Quality Control), and timely financial data.
  • Drive the success of designated FSSC initiatives and other global projects. Identify, initiate, and oversee high-complexity process improvement projects.
  • Support the FSSC framework, fostering an environment where excellence is celebrated and is conducive to change and adaptability.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talents to align with evolving business needs and individual career goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of SOP, overseeing process and workflow documentation.
  • Lead internal, external, and regulatory audit requirements, ensuring timely completion of annual statutory audits and related tasks.
  • Foster close collaboration across different FSSC teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead with empathy, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA certification.
  • Over 10 years of accounting experience, including Revenue accounting.
  • Familiarity with GAAP, ASC606, and SOX.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus, particularly in the implementation process
  • Minimum 7 years of team leadership experience.
  • Project leadership experience.
  • Strong accuracy and reliability in financial accounting.
  • BPO/SSC work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines, with willingness to work extended hours depending on business need.
  • Proactive in improving processes to enhance efficiency or strengthen control.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
