Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for the full finance function including financial and management accounting, payroll, and other shared services, this includes employee obligations.
• Assist in the establishment and ongoing maintenance of our Philippines and Australian obligations.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial information
• Manage the daily, month end, and periodic reporting
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes
• Manage queries and requests from stakeholders within the business and externally.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements and liaison with the Tax Accountant.
• Ensure compliance with Australian and Philippines legislative requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

• Strong people management skills
• Have at least 5 years in a similar role
• Experience in project-based accounting
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting
• Resonates with our core values
• Working knowledge of financial accounting and tax
• Organized and methodical
• Some experience with Australian taxation
• Strong FP&A background (Budgets, forecasts, management reporting)
• Worked in the events or exhibition industry
• Has some experience with Small to Medium businesses
• Some experience with Australian taxation
• CA or CPA Qualified
• Some experience with Xero

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Finance Manager: 5 years (Required)
• Project based accounting: 3 years (Required)
