Description

The Sr. Director, HRBP, is a leadership position responsible for overseeing Human Capital growth, practices and programs in India. The position reports directly to the Country GM with a dotted line to the Vice President of Global HRBPs for global strategy, program, and HR team alignment. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience with demonstrated success in strategic planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction from an HR perspective for the fastest growing region in the company.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and mid-level managers to serve as a sounding board and trusted advisor on talent acquisition and retention.
  • Provide day to day guidance and mentor the India HR team across HR Ops, Compliance, Payroll to ensure delivery of basic HR functions is best in class.
  • Collaborate with global HR and Executive leadership to ensure that HR strategy is in line with the needs of the global plans and annual objectives, whilst ensuring continuity and consistency.
  • Provide input to the global HR strategy, act as the HR champion and advocate for all HR matters with the local India team. Develop a shared services approach for HR with a bias towards leveraging technology and shifting lower level administrative and transactional work from HR to tech/systems.
  • Contribute to Global HR leadership, participate in, and build programs to build the future state.

Qualification & Requirements

  • The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of experience. A good understanding of talent and performance management, development & learning, employee relations and total rewards is needed.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the C2FO brand strongly.
  • Should have a strong interest in learning the core business which will enable the candidate to contribute effectively in their functional role.
  • Demonstrated experience operating as part of global, cross functional team across geographies, working in an agile way.
  • Proven experience of working in businesses undergoing major change, ideally with global reach.
  • Must be passionate about their role and driven to deliver results.
  • Unimpeachable integrity and ethics are a must.
  • Great networks and ability to leverage external knowledge internally.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Post-graduate degree will be preferred.
