Description
- Business transformation lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy. Individual will provide significant impact on the business through complex deliverables, provides advice and counsel related to technology, operations or business which will eventually enhance the performance and effectiveness of the function.
- Transform the employee helpdesk model to provide a best in class experience that propels Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service.
Key Responsibilities
- ]Lead business transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence, process improvement and cost optimization
- Leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance and driving organizational change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth
