Description

An exciting RTR, Lead job has just become available at one of the new SSCs based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the SSC Director, you will be a part of the dynamic team.

In this position, your contribution will be crucial in constructing, executing, and enhancing the R2R financial process and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic insights for the design and execution of R2R operations establishment and expansion within the Finance Shared Service Centre, aligning financial activities with the overarching business strategy
  • Co-lead the transition and setup of R2R operations in the Finance SSC, ensuring a smooth transfer of financial processes, systems, and data from business units to the SSC in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Collaborate with IT and other business units to implement necessary systems and technological tools supporting all business units
  • Vigilantly monitor the performance and knowledge levels of the SSC, particularly during the transition phase
  • Collaborate with SSC HR to formulate a comprehensive training programme for SSC employees
  • Supervise day-to-day R2R operations, ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of financial services to BU stakeholders
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance targets are met

Qualification & Requirements

To succeed in this RTR, Lead role, you will need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate or possesses professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA
  • At least 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in accounting or RTR functions
  • High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, fast learner, self motivated, able to multitask and performance-driven
  • Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in ERP system
