Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust OTC processes worldwide.
- Enhance process efficiencies and support global technology integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre network to optimise the placement of Order to Cash activities and participate in ongoing Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven background in finance or business, with 8+ years in OTC operations.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in process design and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communicator and strategic thinker, adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships.
