Description
Apex Group is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Human Resources Team in India. The successful candidate will play an important role in the HR Operations function, which focuses on the delivery of core HR processes. The candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to showcase a continuous improvement mind-set about HR processes, whilst thriving in a dynamic environment with excellent collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- A minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Workday or its implementation. Proficient in all the stages of implementation methodology.
- Workday certified in these modules – HCM, Learning, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Talent & Performance Management.
- Maintain local and global HR data and workflow administration in HR information systems.
- Workday Pro supporting HR Business partners, facilitate mass data uploads, assign Workday security roles, create supervisory organizations, implement data integrity protocols and documentation to support audit compliance, risk mitigation and data privacy.
- Responsible for the Design, Configuration, Deployment, Launch of all the talent/performance related programs like Performance review, Calibration, Succession Planning and Gigs etc.
- In-depth knowledge of touch points of employee life cycle functional area.
- Collaborate with business to understand their business requirements and translate them into Workday and Adaptive configurations with IT/Tech teams.
- Collaborate with various IT/ HR Teams to understand flow of data, enhance monitoring, and analyse improvements for inter-company / inter-departmental transfers / where needed.
- Must have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Sessions, System Configuration, User Trainings and Go-Live.
- Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
- Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain UAT sign-off.
- Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in Workday HCM products.
Qualification & Requirements
- 8 -10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5-6 years in Workday Implementation
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant.
- Previous experience within similar HR.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are conducted at the highest standards.
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
