HR Director (SSC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of policies related to basic human resources, including the establishment, maintenance and management of transfers, employee files, labor contracts, attendance management, and personnel information databases.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the core business process of the shared service center, regular adjustment and optimization, and the normal operation of the execution supervision process;
  • Responsible for the standardization of SSC-related work, workflow optimization, etc.
  • Responsible for the daily management of the shared service center, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the service work, and to continuously improve the service level;
  • Responsible for the construction and risk control of labor relations compliance, help identify and monitor various employment risks, ensure employee relations operations review local laws and regulations, and maintain harmonious labor relations

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in human resources, more than 1 year working background in a large company in the same position is preferred
  • Familiar with national labor and personnel policies and regulations, five social insurance and one housing fund policies and regulations, rich experience in social welfare insurance management, and good at handling labor relations
  • Strong logical thinking, digital sensitivity and analytical skills
