Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB standards and reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Management and further development of the accounting team (main and subsidiary ledger, fixed assets and payment transactions)
- Guarantee and continuous development of processes in the Shared Service Center
- Contact person for the CFO, management and other internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for tax and statistical reports, tax returns and carrying out tax audits
- Collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
- Participation in projects such as optimizing the SAP landscape
Qualification & Requirements
- University degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with further training as an accountant/international accountant
- Profound management experience in an industrial company in the areas mentioned, ideally in the development and expansion of a shared service center
- Profound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS, ideally also in tax law
- Very good communication skills, experience in change management and a confident demeanor
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Proficient in German and English
- Initiative, resilience and commitment as well as enjoyment of new challenges
