Description

Key Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the accounting team for several companies
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS
- Ensuring all tax aspects – advance VAT returns, ZM reports
- Establishment and further development of a uniform shared service structure for the areas of purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report
- Digitalization, automation and optimization of accounting processes
- Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management
- Direct contact person for auditors and group functional management
- Management of specialist special projects in the area of accounting
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance and controlling
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector
- Sound knowledge of accounting, controlling and financial management
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in German and English
