General Manager (Shared Service)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Shared Service team of Administrative, Finance, HR, Procurement & Safety.
• Ensure zero compliance, safety & security accident.
• To foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices.
• Identify and address manpower-related challenges by implementing innovative staffing strategies and retention programs.
• Organize and manage transformation team, as transformation project manager.
• Attend top management meeting and provide advice from C-level point of view.

Qualification & Requirements

• Masters/Degree in related or any field.
• 5 or more years of experience in a managerial position.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence internal and external customers at all levels.
• Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative thinking.
