Director Shared Services Transformation (Finance)

  • Based in Parramatta or Orange – hybrid arrangements available
  • Temporary role available up until the 31 July 2024
  • $217,997 – $242,100 total remuneration payable

Your role

An exciting opportunity to drives the design of solutions that reflect contemporary best practice and achieves optimal outcomes for the sector’s strategic operational and business requirements within the PaTH Program.

The Director Shared Services Transformation (Finance) is responsible for ensuring that the optimised processes are embedded and harmonised across the two-hub Shared Service model within the PaTH program.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

You will lead a diverse team in developing and delivering outcomes to agreed targets and timeframes with the program’s strategic directions.

You Will Also

  • Drive strategic conceptualisation of initiatives using a systemic approach that supports and enhances the services aligning with the government’s priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster communication across the Department and external agencies that will position the organisation well and enable buy in to support the programs objectives.
  • Deliver and embed the Finance related Corporate Services Customer Journeys across the two Shared Service hubs and support alignment across the participating NSW Government clusters

Qualification & Requirements

  • Passion and interest in shared services combined with strong and diverse expertise in strategic delivery
  • Innovative thinking combined with the ability to anticipate and identify barriers in large scale program delivery
  • Ability to Identify opportunities for further process harmonisation and improvement opportunities across the two-hub shared service model.
