Description

As the Sales Operations Director of our Shared Service Center based in Manila, you will be reporting to the Senior Director of Manila Shared Services (MSS) Center. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of all sales-related processes. Your primary goal is to enhance efficiency and enable the sales force to achieve their targets effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, implementing strategies, and utilizing data-driven insights to drive sales excellence and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and establish performance metrics.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Oversee the design and implementation of efficient sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Continuously monitor and improve sales processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Implement and maintain sales automation tools and CRM systems to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Forecasting And Reporting On Shared Services Utilization

  • Develop accurate reports to forecast and aid in resource allocation and planning.

Sales Training And Enablement

  • Coordinate sales training initiatives to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and design relevant programs accordingly.

Stakeholder Management

  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support seamless collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the senior director of MSS , participating in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

Compliance And Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to uphold high standards in sales operations.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (usually 8+ years) in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales process optimization.
  • Experience in managing shared services teams and providing effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
