Description
As a Performance Delivery (PD) Director you’ll be an individual contributor delivering business assessments and operating model transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Autonomy and ownership – takes the lead, is responsible for the outcome, and partners across the organization to influence all levels of management and peers
- Problem-solving – understand objectives and bring innovative, yet realistic solutions
- Organizational change – influential leadership with refined organizational intuition
- Curiosity – learn and uncover the root of exciting and often ambiguous business situations through respectful questioning, research, and investigation
- Business value analysis and financial modeling skills – including cost analysis, value frameworks, data analysis, critical thinking, modeling, and data flows
- Communication – verbal and written for executive presentations and experience facilitating large, cross-functional working sessions
- Lead and mentor business teams to identify challenges, understand current state, develop future state solutions, and deliver on the most impactful changes
- Strategically and tactically involved throughout the life of a project from idea generation through full execution
- Research, test, and develop standard methodologies for Performance Delivery associates to use as they approach business challenges and deliver value across our organization
Qualification & Requirements
- Operating model design, redesign, and improvement – familiarity of six sigma, lean, agile, and quality management methodologies
- Project execution and delivery – bias for action measuring success on positive business outcomes through delivery of sophisticated projects and programs
- Facilitating process and technology integration with experts
- Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
