We are looking for an experienced motivating leader for our Financial Shared Service Center, who can secure that our Demant company culture and values continue to be the basis on which we develop, operate, and create value. At our Financial Shared Service Center in Szczecin in Poland we want to continue the good work done by the former leader and his team. The service center currently delivers financial services for group companies in Europe and North America. Over the past years significant improvements have been made to our organization and our financial processes. We want to continue this journey and further develop our well-functioning and professional shared service center.
As a leader of the Financial Shared Service Center in Szczecin you will be expected to be mainly in Szczecin with frequent visits to Smørum in Denmark where our headquarter is located. You will report to the SVP of Group Finance located at the headquarter in Denmark and you will be member of the leadership team for Group Finance with leadership colleagues covering Accounting, Financial- & Business Controlling, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Finance Systems & Processes. In total the finance organization in our headquarter consists of around 45 colleagues.
