Description
Our client is a rapidly growing company in the production sector in the Rhine-Neckar region. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, the salary range is 130,000 to 150,000 euros annually plus a bonus. We are looking for an experienced Director Finance (m/f/d) as part of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Merging distributed financial departments/processes and setting up a (decentralized) shared service center
- Direct global leadership of 12 employees
- Function as the main contact person for business matters within the group, especially with regard to planning, forecasting and monthly and annual financial statements
- Project management and support in the introduction of group-wide standards as well as the automation of controlling processes
- Balance sheet analysis and evaluation of national and international subsidiaries
- Writing reports on business results, projects and action plans including advice on relevant issues
- Creation and coordination of presentations for projects and board meetings
- Development of key performance indicator systems to evaluate results, costs, prices and liquidity
- Definition of KPIs for group controlling
- Development and continuous improvement of financial reporting at group level
- Creation of ad hoc analyses
- Optimization of business processes as well as BI and reporting systems
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally in investment or group controlling
- Experience in scaling business processes as well as with OKR and agile working
- Knowledge of budget preparation and forecasting processes
- Experienced use of the MS Office package, SAP Business One and LucaNet
- Fluent oral and written English skills
- Strong affinity for numbers and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
