Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to build synergies and alignment in the development and execution of Stakeholder and Employee Engagement initiatives across the Sanofi Hub Network locations. The purpose of this role is to build and enhance both internal and external engagement and visibility of the Hubs in alignment with Global and Local needs, strategies, and directions.

Cross-Hub Engagement Partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with Local Hub Engagement Partners to create and implement Hub Stakeholder and Employee Engagement strategy and plan (such as: engagement concept, event roadmap, communication plan, Hub onboarding concept, etc.) in alignment with Global Business Operations directions
  • Define Cross-Hub engagement, event and community network framework and provide best practices, checklists for implementation
  • Manage development and execution of communications materials and content (such as fact sheets, standard documents, instructional guides, Web content, briefings, presentations) as well as measure back the effectiveness and impact of the given engagement and communication activities (surveys, reports)
  • Develop effective internal and external branding strategy for various channels to ensure share of voice and brand presence is created and elevated.
  • Develop a social media strategy and calendar, create content (campaigns, visual and digital material designs, video editing) with the purpose to create awareness from market traction point of view and with that boost followers, visitors
  • Contribute and plan the structure and elements of the Hub Network engagement budget
  • Ensure communication messages are consistent across all internal and external channels for the Sanofi Hub Network

Qualification & Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years of working experience in engagement and communication department in a similar role or environment (e.g., media, communications, or PR (Public Relations) agency), preferably in a global business transformation environment, within GBS Shared Services industry
  • Soft skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write, create content and present effectively to a variety of audiences
    • Strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess the impact of engagement activities and make data-driven decisions
    • Strong in driving results, have hands-on approach and make things work in collaboration with teams of different functional expertise
    • Work collaboratively with global and local teams of different functional expertise, and have exceptional stakeholder management skills to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle a variety of tasks, go along with the constantly changing environment
    • Open-minded, self-starter and initiative-taker
    • Multi-tasker, able to establish and keep priorities and timelines to effectively manage workload of self and others
  • Technical skills:
    • Digitally savvy and proficient in using a range of communication tools and software, such as Microsoft O365, and video and picture editing tools.
    • Familiar with social media platforms and have experience in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Education: University degree, preferably in communication/marketing or a creative discipline
  • Languages: Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus.
