Description
Our Finance Shared Service we are looking for a Credit Controller , reporting to the Manager Shared Service/Credit Control BeNeLux, based in Almere.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with sales and customer departments for all divisions
- Lead AR meetings and perform credit limit checks.
- Manage factoring contracts and coordinate payment specifications.
- Contact customers to ensure timely payments.
- Requesting, monitoring and processing credit limits.
- Collaborate with SSC Poland and Portugal for account follow-ups.
- Set up, record and monitor disputes and payment plans.
Qualification & Requirements
- MBO+/HBO education level and/or 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international company.
- Fluent in French, English and Dutch, both oral and written
- Team player
- Proactive, flexible and eager to learn
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, credit management tools is a plus
