This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Shared Services, offering significant influence, transformation, ownership, and long-term growth potential.

Sr. Director of Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C) functions
  • Oversee global shared services operations, including offshore delivery
  • Drive process redesign, automation, and operational excellence
  • Improve working capital performance and service quality metrics
  • Act as a strategic business partner across Controllers, GMs, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Revenue Assurance.

This is not a maintenance role—this is a build, transform, and elevate opportunity.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in Shared Services, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and execute change at scale
