Description
For our client, we are seeking a Vice President And General Manager North America And Global Commercial Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability by developing strategic growth plans
- Lead execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy and sales plan
- Enhance service revenue growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Translate market insights into actionable strategies and product development
- Foster operational excellence through continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future growth
- Collaborate on mergers and acquisitions and support integration efforts
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
- 15+ years of commercial and business leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
- Strong strategic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial modeling and KPI analytics
- Ability to navigate the North American water market effectively
- Demonstrated leadership and talent development capabilities
