For our client, we are seeking a Vice President And General Manager North America And Global Commercial Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Business Services space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and profitability by developing strategic growth plans
  • Lead execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy and sales plan
  • Enhance service revenue growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies and product development
  • Foster operational excellence through continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
  • 15+ years of commercial and business leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth
  • Strong strategic, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial modeling and KPI analytics
  • Ability to navigate the North American water market effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership and talent development capabilities
